Currently registering for an afternoon class. Most likely on Mondays & Wednesdays from 1:00-3:30. This class is for children 2 1/2 and older who no longer require a nap. Contact me for more information
Enrollment & Classes
The Learning Nest offers children the opportunity to attend classes two or four times per week. With a low student to teacher ratio of 6:1, a valuable one-on-one learning environment is provided for each little learner, while still getting the group classroom experience. Children are not required to be potty trained.
Half Day Preschool Program
Children 2-4 years old
These morning classes are great for children just starting to spend time away from parents or other caregivers. Children learn to be independent and make new friends. We spend time daily singing and dancing during our circle time. We also have art and free play in our classroom, as well as outdoors.
Children are introduced to skills such as scissors and art tools. Each child is looked at on an individual level.
Half Day Pre-K Program
Children 3-4 years old
A continuation of our morning preschool class, this class is for children that have previously attended preschool or ready for more hands on activities. With a low ratio of 6:1, we are able to provide more one on one attention to support our little learners.
This class will only run if it is full. Please inquire if you are interested and I will put you on our list.
Licensing & Tuition
As of October 2024, The Learning Nest is licensed with a childcare agency through the government of Ontario. This allows all families to access CWELCC funding to reduce the cost of preschool classes. Subsidy is also available to eligible families.
Tuition is paid directly to the agency and is based on the age of the child.
Children 30 months to 6 years $17.13 per class
Children under 30 months $18.16 per class
